Client Wins at Trial in Federal Cocaine Trafficking Case

Our client had previously been arrested in Miami, Florida for armed cocaine trafficking. The cocaine transaction occurred in Coral Gables in a warehouse on video. Due to the strength of the case, the defendant entered in a cooperation contract with the Coral Gables Police Department and Miami-Dade County State Attorney's Office. Our client got caught up in a federal cocaine trafficking investigation. The feds indicted our client for conspiracy to traffic in cocaine.
