Our criminal defense team yet again displayed its tenacious approach in defending criminal cases. After selecting a jury, DMT argued that prosecutors could not go forward with the filed charges due to several technicalities. After destroying the case, our lawyers convinced the judge to sentence our client to just 180 days in the county jail. Prior to the court's offer, our client was facing 65 years in prison.
